Who the hell is this thirtysomething-year-old white woman who can channel the spirit of Ella Fitzagerald so effortlessly? And break our hearts into tiny little pieces every time? And who else can turn a lesser Bob Dylan tune into an absolutely gorgeous jazzy soul number?
